Q: What are your rates?

A: Our rates are based upon man-hours worked in your home; we send a minimum of 2 personnel to each service appointment so, if 2 cleaners are in your home for 2 actual hours that equals 4 man-hours. Rates are as follows: 

                                           * $40/ man-hour - Basic Cleaning Services 

                                           * $44/ man-hour - Deep Cleaning Services 

                                           * $46/ man-hour - Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Services

                                           * $48/ man-hour - Post-Construction / Renovation Cleaning Services

Q: What happens if my service appointment takes less than the estimated time?

A: Then you pay less! You only pay for the time we take, no more. Any additional time required will be communicated and approved prior to completion. 

Q: Do I have to sign a contract? 

A: Double C collects certain information to ensure payment for services, but you are never tied into a contract and are free to cancel your services anytime. We are happy to a copy of our cancellation policy. 

Q: How do I make the most of my cleaning time?

A: To make the most of your service, ensure that the majority of the pickup and tidying is done, when things are put away and organized we can spend more time maintaining the small details as well as the basics and maybe save you a few dollars along the way. 

Q: How is payment collected? 

A: We accept Cash, Cheque or E-Transfer payments upon completion of your service. We also offer a pre-pay discount, when you pay for 4 cleans up-front you will receive 5% off. 

Q: Do I need to supply anything?

A: Nope. We bring everything needed to make your home sparkle. 

Q: What cleaners do you use?

A: We mainly use a simple combination of Thieves Cleaner and water in a spray bottle, for toilets we also use baking soda in the bowl for a little extra scrubbing power. A combination of Allen's Cleaning Vinegar and water with a glass cleaning cloth is used on all mirrors and glass surfaces. All cloths used are microfiber or surface specific. 

Q: Are you pet-friendly?

A: Yes, all of our products are pet-safe and we are happy to work around your fur-babies. We know that your pets are part of your family and your home; we are happy to arrange a little extra time at your first service appointment to allow time for proper introductions. 

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We service Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Langdon, and all surrounding areas. We arrange all our appointments to maximize our schedule and will do our best to accommodate your desired date and time.

Q: I'm new to house cleaning, what can I expect?

A: To see what is included with each service check out our Services tab above, keep in mind add-ons are available and cost will be based upon the requested tasks.

Q: Do I need to be home for my service appointment?

A: No you do not need to be home for your service appointment. We know how nice it is to come home to a clean house and are happy to make that happen for you. 

Q: Why does my initial service appointment take longer?

A: We strive to bring excellence home. Every time. We give extra time on your first service appointment to allow our team to get used to you, your home and both of your needs. After your first clean the time to maintain your home lessens.
